Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. The Service is intended for business and professional use in managing your own monetization accounts. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

The Service

Aperio lets you connect third-party monetization accounts — such as Google AdSense, Google AdMob, YouTube, and similar platforms — and view aggregated revenue and performance data, trends, comparisons, insights, and goals in one mobile dashboard. The Service is provided "as a window" into data owned and reported by those platforms; we do not generate the underlying revenue or guarantee its accuracy.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Accounts

You sign in using Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity under your Aperio account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

Connecting third-party platforms

When you connect a platform, you authorize Aperio to access and retrieve your data from that platform through its official API, on your behalf, using the permissions ("scopes") you grant.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect each account and to share its data with Aperio.
• Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, and you must comply with them.
• You may disconnect any platform at any time in the App, and you can revoke our access through the platform's own settings (for Google, at myaccount.google.com/permissions).
• We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data provided by third-party platforms, or for changes those platforms make to their APIs.

Estimates — not financial, investment, or tax advice

Revenue and performance figures shown in the Service, including any "estimated revenue," projections, comparisons, and insights, are estimates for informational purposes only. They may differ from the amounts the platforms ultimately report or pay. The Service does not provide financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for business decisions. Always confirm official figures with the source platform.

Subscriptions and payments ("Go Pro")

Aperio offers free features and optional paid subscriptions ("Go Pro").

• Paid subscriptions are sold and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, governed by their respective terms. We do not process or store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store / Google Play account settings, not in the App.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we generally cannot grant refunds directly.
• Prices and plan features may change; we will give notice where required, and changes will not affect a period you have already paid for.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or any third-party platform's terms;
• Access data or accounts that are not yours, or attempt to access other users' data;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its security;
• Overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission;
• Use the Service to build a competing product.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding your data and third-party data), is owned by Aperio and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You retain all rights to your own data; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service to you.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that data displayed will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APERIO AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so some may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aperio and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or platform terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, the license granted to you ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. If a formal resolution is required, applicable local law will govern. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Apple App Store — additional terms

These terms apply if you download the App from the Apple App Store:

• This agreement is between you and Aperio only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal/regulatory compliance, or consumer-protection claims.
• Apple is not responsible for investigating or resolving any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual-property rights.
• You represent that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government prohibited-parties list.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
